GET INVOLVEDVolunteer The Colonial Center for the Performing Arts is run by a dedicated staff of artists and professionals, but we can't do the work alone! We rely on our volunteers to help bring the best in performing arts and education to Southside Virginia area. By giving your time, you are supporting the community and working with individuals equally committed to bringing in quality acts and providing a fun, safe entertainment environment. Donate in Kind If a gift of cash does not suit your organization's giving goals, gifts of support through goods and services are extremely valuable and helpful to us too! If you are interested in donating to the Center through an in-kind gift, please email ljordan@colonialcenterva.org or call (434) 262-4170 so we may work together to make it happen! Facility Rentals The 400-seat Colonial Theatre is available for rent for concerts, benefits, parties, performances, music and dance recitals, corporate and business meetings, film premieres, civic gatherings, photography shoots, and commercial shoots. Also available for rent is a large ballroom located on the third floor of the Colonial Center. The ballroom can comfortably accommodate.

Make checks payable to the South Hill Colonial Theatre/CDA. Name-a-Seat Program  You Can Help! For a $500 tax deductible donation, supporters can “sponsor” a theatre
seat in the newly renovated auditorium.* The sponsored seat back will have a plaque
with the name of the donor on it. Donations may also be made in memory or in honor of
someone. Each sponsored seat will serve as a permanent testimony to the donors commitment
to renovate this historic treasure.

Season Ticket Purchase Season ticket information for the upcoming fall 2011 season and spring 2012 season will be available in June 2011.
